The Gunnar Hagen is a great race for all of our Comp, Devo, and DevoLite crew. I recommend everyone sign up for the 7.5k, though I'll allow U18s to try their mettle on the 30k.
Be sure to bring extra food and water, although there is usually a lunch provided by Kongsbergers.
We plan on arriving 2 hours before the 30k starts to avoid contending for parking.

“Seattle Parks and Recreation invites everyone to get outside and soak up some summer sunshine—bike, jog, or stroll along the boulevard between Seward Park and Mount Baker Park’s beach during these times for some healthy, feel-good fun!” said AP Diaz, Superintendent of Seattle Parks and Recreation. “Let’s keep Seattle shining by staying active and thoughtful—drivers, please watch out for pedestrians and follow all signage during the closures!”
Local access: People driving to homes along the boulevard because they live there, are visiting, or making deliveries are allowed from the nearest cross street.
Parking lots are open and will be accessible from the nearest cross street (see parking details and map below).
