This year Momentum Northwest is partnering with Snoqualmie Nordic Club for our Gear Swap! Things will go a little differently than years past. We are excited for this partnership and looking forward to our communities working together more in the future!

For Momentum Northwest the biggest change is that our rental leasing and gear swap will happen separately. The morning will focus on getting our youth and junior skiers outfitted with rental equipment. In the afternoon we will join Snoqualmie Nordic Club for their Gear Swap.

Where: Auditorium at the Phinney Neighborhood Community Center, located at 459 North 67th St. The Auditorium is in the lower brick building with access to the parking lot from Dayton Ave east of Phinney Ave. 

Parking: It is free in the public lot accessed off of 67th Street, but limited. You may also need to park in the residential neighborhoods if the lot is full. 

NEW this year! Ascent Outdoors and Leading Edge NW will have discount prices on new and demo models plus clothing and accessories! Also, a FREE waxing clinic and a “How to find the right ski/boot/pole” program will be offered at the event.

- Skis $50 - $75per pair

- Boots $25 per pair

- Poles $20 per pair

Deposit $50 per pair

Volunteers Needed! We are always looking for extra help leasing out rental gear. We need help with sizing Mavericks boots, skis, and poles as well as check out. Please reach out to gear@momentumnorthwest.org if you would help!

Payments: We will not have a facility for credit cards so please bring cash or a check. We do have Venmo and PayPal on our website for transactions with SNC. For other transactions, you will need to negotiate directly with the seller.

Volunteers Needed! We still need a few volunteers to help out during set up at 1 pm, during the event, and at closing to help put away chairs and tables, etc. If you're interested in helping out for even 20-30 minutes, please contact us at snc-board@googlegroups.com. Thank you in advance!
