The Fire and Ice Camp in Bend is one of the most challenging and thrilling events of the summer, and has been a staple of training in the Pacific Northwest for years now. In addition to lots of time and sweat spent with new friends and teammates on roller skis, trails, and rafts, we almost always get a chance to eek out some K’s on the last bits of snow!
