Fall Women's Training- September 11 through October 25

Prepare for ski season and have a great time outdoors in Sept & Oct. This fall we are bringing back our Women's Training! Come out and have a blast training with other fun women before the rain & snow arrive. Chandra will be leading these workouts.


Where do we meet?

Tuesdays 10am to 12pm, Wilburton Park
Thursdays 6pm to 8pm, Montlake Community Center


What do we do?

In 7 weeks, progress from review of basic biomechanics of motions related to skiing into fine tuning of ski specific technique. Start your pre-season off right with fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a fun environment. Through ski-walking, core strengthening, upper body workouts, dryland technique work and games be ready to keep up with your kids this season.


How does this work?

You sign up for 7 sessions. Purchase the course and print out the "Punch Card" using the link below, and bring the card with you to each session. Chandra will mark each session you attend with a symbol of her choosing. If you go do all 7 sessions, the eighth is free!



$150 for 7 sessions. If you find that you've filled your 7 sessions, you may purchase another Punch Card
